Meeting focuses on your current Financial situation and your long term Financial goals and what steps could be taken to accomplish them. This includes; Financial Coaching; Cash Flow Management, Saving, Debt Management, Tax Planning, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning and more.
The client will be provided with a detailed financial plan with action steps to achieve their financial goals.
Tax Resolution
TOTAL FEE $450.00
Meeting focuses on your current IRS situation and what steps could be taken to resolve it. This includes; Tax Debt Settlements, Tax Debt Payment Plans, Penalty Abatements, Tax Debt Forbearance, IRS Audits, Collections, and Appeals.
The client will be provided with a detailed plan with action steps to achieve "Good Standing" status with the IRS.
Tax Preparation
Individual Tax Prep fees start at $350.00
Federal and State Form 1040
Small Business Tax Prep fees start at $600.00
Federal and State Form 1040 with Sch C and or Sch E
Business Tax Prep fees start at $800.00
Federal and State Form 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990

Tax Compliance Services, the preparation and filing of tax returns and or amendments on behalf of our clients (Individuals, Small Businesses, and Non-Profits) that comply with the current tax laws. Tax Compliance services maintain client's "Good Standing" status with the IRS.

The client will be provided with a copy of the tax return and tax planning recommendations.
Business Planning
TOTAL FEE $450.00
Meeting focuses on your current Business situation and your long term Financial goals for the company and what steps could be taken to accomplish them. This includes: Entity Selection, Business Formation, Record Keeping, Tax Planning, and more.
